Planning to see the famous Firefall at Yosemite? Here's what you need to know:

What is Firefall?

For a couple of weeks in February, Horsetail Fall, a seasonal waterfall on El Capitan, glows bright orange when the setting sun hits it just right. This breathtaking sight is known as the Firefall.

Reservation Details:

When? February 8-9, 15-17, and 22-23, 2025 (weekends only).

Cost? $2 per vehicle for reservations, plus a $35/car entrance fee (valid for 7 days). If you have an annual national park pass, the $35 fee is waived.

How to Book? Reservations open 2 days before your visit at 8 AM Pacific Time.

Be ready and logged in, as spots sell out quickly!.
