Cuban restaurant in Palm Beach County: Guarapos Cuban Cuisine has been in the area for over 20 years serving traditional Cuban cuisine! I know I didn’t mention this in the video but they also have the beta Cuban sandwhich in the area.
Visiting Guarapos Cuban Cuisine is like stepping into a little piece of Cuba right in Palm Beach County. One thing that truly impressed me during my visit was the attention to authenticity combined with homemade quality. Their super sampler is an excellent way to start if you’re exploring Cuban food for the first time – it includes chicken chunks, tamal with pork, empanadas, plantain chips, and fried yuca, each bursting with flavor. What stood out to me, apart from the food, was their dedication to quality and tradition. The abuela still comes in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which adds a comforting, family-run feel to the experience. The palomilla steak they serve is arguably one of the best in Palm Beach County, marinated and cooked to juicy perfection. Don’t miss classic dishes like Pollo a la Juliana, marinated with traditional Cuban spices, and the lechon asado, a slow-roasted marinated pork dish that’s rich and savory. The ropa vieja, shredded beef cooked slowly with a blend of spices, paired with rice and beans, is also a must-try. For dessert lovers, Guarapos offers delightful treats such as flan and arroz con leche, which perfectly round out the meal. The location at 1795 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach makes it a convenient spot to add to your dining itinerary when exploring South Florida’s culinary scene. Overall, if you’re craving genuine Cuban cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that reflects decades of tradition, Guarapos Cuban Cuisine is well worth a visit.
