This is not a sympathy post. This is a call to action.

Here’s your sign: reach out to the friend who looks like the life has been drained out of her.

If she looks like a ghost, it’s likely because her closest connections have already been weaponized against her. She needs you. She’s probably given up fighting the abuse. She’s probably stopped believing life can get better.

Trust your gut. Trust your intuition. She is crying out for help, but isolation convinces her no one is there. And when she says, “I’m fine,” don’t stop asking. She needs someone to fight for her, because she can’t fight for herself. She doesn’t believe in herself anymore. Right now, she might think darkness is all that exists—and that darkness always wins.

Be wise. Be relentless. Check in on her. Invite her. Show up. ENERGY NEVER LIES. ENERGY NEVER LIES.

This was me once. But I am in such a great place now, and I can’t wait to share the miracles happening in my life.

But today—it’s not about me. It’s about her.

Call that friend. Rescue that girl. Don’t stay silent. PURSUE. PRAY. SAVE. She needs you.
