Body Recomp Progress ✨

Between March 29 and April 12, the changes might look small—but they’re real, and I feel them.

• Body fat: down

• Lean muscle: up

• A few inches dropped in my hips, stomach, and thighs

I’ve been off track with my 75 Soft challenge due to some personal things and getting sick, but I’m not giving up. Just restarting stronger—mentally and physically. New goals, new focus, same me just getting better.

During this period, I tracked my body fat percentage, which has decreased, while lean muscle mass has increased slightly. I also recorded small reductions in my body measurements, including my hips, stomach, and thighs. The benefits of body recomposition are often subtle but incredibly rewarding over time. As I work towards my goals in the 75 Soft Challenge, I remind myself that progress can be slow, but every inch lost contributes to overall wellness and fitness. The quality of the journey is equally important as reaching the destination. By maintaining a positive mindset and adjusting my goals, I'm committed to making meaningful changes physically and mentally. Incorporating elements like strength training and clean eating has been pivotal in my journey. These small adjustments can lead to incredible transformations. Keeping a detailed journal of my progress in conjunction with using fitness tools has allowed me to stay motivated and accountable. With my focus on gradual improvement, I encourage others to embrace the journey toward their personal fitness goals, no matter how challenging it may seem. Join me in this inspiring journey as we celebrate every step of progress and support one another through our fitness endeavors. Remember, it's not just about the numbers on the scale; it’s about the overall lifestyle changes we make for our health and well-being!
