✈️ Bangkok Airways has switched from hot food to Premium Sandwich!
This round has the opportunity to fly to Chiang Mai with Bangkok Airways and notice that on-board food service switches from hot food to Premium Sandwich or bread and snacks instead.
At first I secretly thought about the original menu, but when I tried it, I said that I was more impressed than I thought. The bread sandwich is soft, the filling is good, the taste is mellow, easy to eat, and still feels the same premium as the airline's standards.
The favorite thing is the convenience for domestic lights that don't take long. Serving it as a sandwich makes it easy to eat. You don't have to eat it all on board. And if you eat it before you board until you're still hungry, you can keep it after you board. Don't regret the food.
For us, this shift is considered to answer more travel problems in terms of convenience, taste and quality. Although there is no hot food, the premium is still there.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ลองบินกับ Bangkok Airways หลายครั้ง ทำให้เห็นว่าการเปลี่ยนจากอาหารร้อนมาเป็น Premium Sandwich นั้นตอบโจทย์การเดินทางภายในประเทศได้ดีมาก ในแง่ของความสะดวกสบาย การเสิร์ฟแซนด์วิชทำให้ไม่ต้องรีบทานให้หมดบนเครื่องบิน เหมาะกับผู้โดยสารที่อาจจะทานอาหารก่อนขึ้นเครื่องมาก่อนแล้ว อีกทั้งแซนด์วิชยังสามารถเก็บไว้ทานต่อได้หลังจากลงเครื่อง ซึ่งลดความเสียดายและสิ้นเปลืองอาหาร อีกสิ่งที่ชอบคือรสชาติแซนด์วิชที่ทางสายการบินเลือกมาอย่างดี เป็นขนมปังนุ่ม ไส้พอดีกัด รสชาติกลมกล่อม ไม่เลี่ยนหรือหวานเกินไป ทำให้รู้สึกว่ายังรักษาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานของ Bangkok Airways ได้อย่างดี นอกจากนี้ การเปลี่ยนมาเสิร์ฟแซนด์วิชยังเหมาะกับเที่ยวบินระยะสั้น ภายในประเทศ เช่น เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ-เชียงใหม่ เพราะไม่กี่ชั่วโมงก็เดินทางถึงแล้ว การให้บริการอาหารร้อนอาจจะไม่สะดวกเท่าการเสิร์ฟแซนด์วิชที่ทานง่ายและรวดเร็ว สายการบินยังคงความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดทั้งรสชาติและคุณภาพอาหารแม้จะเปลี่ยนเมนู ทำให้ประสบการณ์การบินยังคงความประทับใจทั้งในเรื่องบริการและความคุ้มค่า โดยสรุปแล้ว การเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งนี้ถือว่าเหมาะสมและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้โดยสารสมัยใหม่ได้ดี เมื่อเทียบกับความสะดวก รสชาติ และคุณภาพ แม้จะไม่มีอาหารร้อนแล้ว แต่ความรู้สึกพรีเมียมยังคงอยู่ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานของสายการบิน
