Working as a life enrichment assistant in a retirement community has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. It allows me to connect with older adults on a personal level, helping to create engaging and joyful activities that improve their quality of life. I find that incorporating a touch of sparkle and whimsy into everyday moments truly brightens the environment, something I personally enjoy and feel deeply connected to. Balancing work with school as I pursue my bachelor's degree in psychology has been challenging but fulfilling.
