It’s funny—summer is my time of sadness, anxiety and depression. We get super hot, smoky, wildfires, etc here—not to mention the wasps, bugs, dust, etc. 😭 Fall is my favorite season when it’s raining and cold. Winter is my second favorite season.

This is something that I use to think I didn’t deal with. As I’m older I’ve noticed that I do deal with it from time to time, what I do is pray, and try to stay active doing something I love to do, or just exercising.
