What I eat for breakfast

Breakfast today was very simple. I made my cream of rice with protein milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Paired that with some cherries on the side. My matcha today is a strawberry fig matcha. The second slide has everything I used. I also used protein milk for my matcha to help me hit my macros.

Cream of rice combined with protein milk not only provides a comforting texture but also helps me meet my protein goals early in the day. Adding 2 teaspoons of sugar gives just the right touch of sweetness without overloading on calories. I like pairing this with fresh cherries, which add natural vitamins and antioxidants, making the meal both satisfying and nutrient-rich. One of my favorite morning beverages is matcha, and recently I've been trying the strawberry fig flavor. The fruity notes complement the creamy protein milk perfectly, adding an enjoyable twist to my morning routine. Using protein milk in the matcha is a great way to increase protein intake without sacrificing taste. This combination also supports my goal of maintaining a calorie deficit while keeping my energy steady throughout the morning. From personal experience, incorporating these diverse flavors and focusing on macros gives both taste and function to breakfast. I find that starting the day with balanced meals helps avoid mid-morning slumps and excess snacking. If you're looking to keep your breakfast simple but effective, consider experimenting with cream of rice or oatmeal paired with protein-rich milk alternatives and adding your favorite fruits or unique matcha blends. It's an easy way to stay on track with your nutrition goals while enjoying every bite.
