This year, being diagnosed with ADD saved my life. For years, my brain felt like a chaotic junk drawer—overflowing, messy, impossible to sort through. Depression weighed me down, making it hard to even try.

But everything changed after getting my diagnosis. With the right medication and support, that "junk drawer" transformed. Now, it feels like there's just one ketchup packet in there—everything is clear, manageable, and I finally have space to breathe.
