Easy and cheap Egg bake!!

Ingredients:

1 lb bacon

1 bag (about 20 oz) frozen hash browns

1 bag (10-12 oz) seasoning blend (onions, peppers, celery, garlic, parsley)

18 large eggs

Salt and pepper, to taste

1-2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Bacon

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.

Remove the bacon and let it cool slightly, then cut into small pieces using a pizza cutter or knife.

2. Layer the Dish

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Spread the hash browns evenly on the bottom of the dish.

Layer the seasoning blend evenly over the hash browns.

3. Prepare the Eggs

Crack all 18 eggs into a large bowl and whisk until scrambled.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

Pour the scrambled eggs over the hash browns and seasoning blend.

4. Add the Bacon

Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly on top of the eggs.

5. Bake the Egg Bake

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

6. Add the Cheese

Remove the foil and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.

Switch your oven to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

7. Serve

Let the egg bake rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
