We’ve upgraded our quality sleep with these essentials. We’ve had this IKEA bed for 9 years, and we haven’t had any problems. The mattress wasn’t the best, so we invested in a memory foam topper, and we don’t have any regrets. It’s like sleeping on a sponge.
A nice and comfortable pillow is essential too. This depend on personal preferences. For example, right now, I’m using feather pillow, but my husband prefers a foam one. So, for these, I’d say choose the one you like, but if you want your bed to look nice and comfy, go for one that’s well-plushed.
