Easy Teriyaki Beef Skewers
Marinate thinly sliced beef with:
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
Thread the beef slices on bamboo skewers and grill at 400F for 2.5 minutes per side.
Remove the skewers to a plate and pour on your favorite teriyaki sauce. Serve immediately.
