He's often commented on how much time people spend scrolling, convinced it detaches them from real-world experiences. I get that his need for digital detox is genuine, and he understands that my online presence is a part of who I am and how I connect with friends and interests. We’ve found a balance. For instance, I generally keep my phone tucked away when we’re spending quality time together, and he tolerates my occasional requests to snap a quick photo (usually with an eye-roll, but a loving one!).
