Good morning, everyone! I wanted to share something that has profoundly changed my perspective on life. We often say โthank youโ for all the wonderful things that happen โ a beautiful new day, a warm meal, moments to share with loved ones. But what about the challenges? The difficult times that test our spirit? For a long time, I struggled with this idea. How can you genuinely feel GRACIAS for something that hurts or causes stress? It felt counterintuitive. Yet, through personal reflection and seeking a deeper understanding, Iโve found that true peace and profound growth come from embracing VIDA in its entirety โ the sunshine and the rain. Itโs hard, but Iโve started seeing every experience, even the tough ones, as an INVISIBLE BENDICIรN (invisible blessing) in disguise. When I first started this practice, it felt forced. But Iโve learned that the 'bad' often brings SABIDURรA (wisdom) that the 'good' never could. It teaches us resilience, patience, and often, it illuminates the things we truly value. I try to reframe challenges: instead of asking 'Why me?', I ask 'What is this teaching me?' or 'How can I grow from this?' This shift in mindset doesn't make the pain disappear, but it helps me navigate it with more grace and, ultimately, more PAZ (peace). My daily prayer often includes asking for guidance โ to feel like my PADRE CELESTIAL is with me, to GUIANOS (guide us) and ILUMINA (illuminate) my path. I especially pray for my FAMILIA and all my SERES QUERIDOS (loved ones), hoping they too can find strength and ALEGRรA (joy) even when things are tough. It's about recognizing that through every ebb and flow, there's a reason to be thankful. This simple practice of giving thanks for LO BUENO Y LO MALO (the good and the bad) has brought so much more AMOR and strength into my life. I encourage you to try it โ it truly transforms your NUEVO DIA into a gift, no matter what it brings.
