Okay, I need to be real for a second-this blue butterfly kit did something special for my mental health.

As someone who deals with anxiety, I read about blue therapy and decided to try this ocean-inspired kit. GUYS. Sorting through these sea-colored crystals and arranging the blue dried flowers felt like actual therapy. It was like each piece was a little wave washing away my stress.
