About ready to swing …😮💨🥊
I don’t know how to stress this enough but I HATE HAVING AN UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR.
Living in a multi-story building often brings challenges, particularly when it comes to noisy neighbors. To deal with a noisy upstairs neighbor, start by understanding common noise sources, such as footsteps, furniture movement, and loud activities. If the noise becomes unbearable, consider approaching your neighbor in a calm and friendly manner to discuss the issue. Communication is key; they may not even be aware of how loud they are being. Another option is to utilize noise-canceling solutions like white noise machines or soundproofing elements within your own space. Adding rugs, curtains, or furniture can help absorb sound and create a more peaceful ambiance. In some cases, it might be worthwhile to consult with your landlord or building management to seek assistance with persistent noise issues. Remember, fostering a friendly relationship with your neighbors can lead to better understanding and resolve conflicts amicably.

I have a lousy upstairs neighbor who constantly walks. The floors at my complex tend to squeak and creak. I've also talked to other neighbors who say their upstairs neighbors walking, along with the creaking floors, is also annoying for them. But in particular, MY upstairs neighbor is infuriating. I don't expect him to never walk, but he walks way too much. It's like he has bad nerves or something. Combine that with a creaky floor which he himself admitted he hears...it is aggravating AF! I've been decent and nicely told him to just tone down how much he walks. He did for a while and then he started back up again. Now I just hit the ceiling with my broomstick whenever he gets to being too much. I've complained to my landlord a few times, too. Why can't that fool just get a rug? That would help buffer the noise. Duh! His darn dinosaur-having cinder block feet self! Aaaarghhh
