HAITIAN GRIOT
Porc meat, salt, hot pepper, bell pepper, Garlic ,bouillon cube, leek, parsley, Orange juice(sour), lemon juice, vinegar.
Wash
Cut meat in cube, pour vinegar, salt, some orange juice and let it soak. Rinse the meat in regular water then pour boiled water( optional) to rinse.
Cook
Place the clean meat in a pan with orange juice( sour), lemon juice, garlic, bell pepper, hot pepper, parsley, cube, salt and water. Let the meat boil until tender.
Once cooked fry the meat in oil or place in a fryer your choice.
