It’s been such a journey developing her, especially when thinking about the core themes of survival and, most importantly, trust. My OC, Elara, is a young survivor who stumbled into the Graveyard after a tragic accident. Unlike some of the other characters we know, she’s not driven by revenge or a hidden agenda, but by a desperate need to find her missing younger brother, who was on one of the buses. This quest forces her to ally with unlikely individuals, constantly putting her in situations where her life literally depends on the choices of others. This is where the profound question, "So you trust her?" really hits home for her. In a place where shadows hide more than just old buses, and where every friendly face could be a trap, trust isn't just a comfort – it's a weapon, or a weakness. I imagined a scene where Elara is cornered, her brother’s fate hanging in the balance, and the only person who can help her is someone she barely knows, someone whose past is as murky as the Graveyard’s fog. The voice, cold and clear, asking "So you trust her?" reverberates through the silence. And Elara, with no other option, has to make that impossible decision: do I trust her with my life? This internal struggle, the push and pull between hope and fear, is what makes creating an OC for this world so compelling. I personally found myself messing around with CapCut, pulling clips from SGB fan edits and imagining how Elara would react in those situations. I even tried to put together a short sequence visualizing that "trust" moment, thinking about the camera angles and the raw emotion. It's a fantastic way to develop your character's visual aesthetic and dynamic presence. Explore Internal Conflict: The best characters aren't one-dimensional.
