Rating every cookie I created in 2025
I have a pretty stacked menu of cookies, so I was very intentional about what flavors I added to my lineup this year. All of these were amazing, but here is my completely unbiased opinion of each one (or as unbiased as I could possibly get 😅)
What flavors do you guys wanna see in 2026?
Hey everyone! You know how much I love experimenting in the kitchen, and this past year, my obsession with 'fusion cookies' really took off. What exactly is a fusion cookie, you ask? For me, it's about taking two or more amazing dessert concepts or flavor profiles and blending them into one glorious cookie. It's like culinary alchemy, where familiar favorites get a brand new, exciting twist! I've had so much fun diving into this trend, and it's truly elevated my baking game. Instead of just a simple chocolate chip, imagine a cookie that tastes like your favorite breakfast pastry or a beloved pie. That's the magic! For instance, one of my absolute crowning achievements, as I mentioned in my ratings, was the Cinnamon Roll cookie. I mean, who doesn't love a warm cinnamon roll, right? Taking that swirled cinnamon sugar and cream cheese frosting goodness and stuffing it into a soft, chewy cookie? Pure genius! It immediately became an infinity/10 in my book. Another one that blew me away was the Apple Pie cookie. It's not just an apple-flavored cookie; it's got that chunky, scrumptious apple filling, a hint of cinnamon, and a delicate oat crumble on top, just like a mini apple pie in cookie form. The feeling of biting into that warm, spiced apple interior is just indescribable. It truly brings that cozy, nostalgic feeling but in a totally convenient, handheld way. And let's not forget about unique combinations like the Biscoff Brownie cookie. This one is a dream for anyone who loves that caramelized biscuit flavor combined with rich chocolate. The crunch of the Biscoff biscuit on top with the fudgy cookie base is just *chef's kiss*. Or my Blueberry Muffin cookie – even without a filling, it captured the essence of a fresh-baked muffin with a delightful crumble and glaze. The Berry Funfetti was my upgraded nostalgia, bringing childhood joy with a sophisticated berry twist. If you're thinking of trying your hand at fusion cookies, my biggest tip is to start with flavors you already love together. Think about classic pairings – chocolate and mint, peanut butter and jelly, coffee and caramel. Then, consider how you can incorporate different textures: a gooey filling, a crunchy topping, a soft base. Don't be afraid to experiment with fillings, glazes, and mix-ins. You could even draw inspiration from global desserts! Imagine a tiramisu-inspired cookie, or a matcha-white chocolate fusion. The possibilities are endless! The beauty of fusion cookies is that they offer something familiar yet excitingly new. They’re perfect for impressing friends, spicing up a bake sale, or just treating yourself to something truly special. Each creation is a little journey of flavor exploration. Here's to more amazing bakes and delicious discoveries in 2026 – I can't wait to see what unique cookie combinations you all come up with!

All them look AMAZING!!!
