My cats favorite treats! (and why in caption!)

I like giving my cats a little treat every now and again. I always have a few different kinds on hand to give their daily routines a little mix up! Here are the 4 I buy on a regular basis!

1. Fancy Feast "Chocolates" - Don't be alarmed, there is no chocolate in these treats! I recieved a pack of these as a gift and they quickly became a favorite of Bandit's! These peculiar treats look and smell like chocolate! I was expecting them to have an overwhelming smell like most cat treats do (especially since my cats prefer fishy treats!) so it was definitely a pleasant surprise! Bandit loves these so much, that when I'm in the kitchen, he will politely tap my legs and mew at me when he wants a treat 🥹 I personally keep these in the fridge to prevent them from getting mushy in warmer temperatures.

2. Blue Buffalo Salmon Crunchies - These are a favorite with all 4 of my cats! The seem to like the salmon ones the best (although in all honesty, I've only ever bought the salmon or chicken treats). These make excellent treats to put in those working toys or wrapping them in a dish towel for those on a budget! These also make training treats as well if you're trying to promote "good habits" like not scratching furniture!

3. Pure Balance Purees - In all honesty, my cats don't really care about the brand of the purees, they just like purees! While I always have some on hand, these are a life saver in the summer! I also like to store these in the fridge to help my cats cool down during the summer! They also provide an excellent distraction to get things done, such as giving meds or clipping claws!

4. SmartyKat Catnip with Silvervine - of course, my cats just love catnip in general, but they go absolutely crazy for specifically the catnip with silvervine! It makes playtime more fun when you include catnip and helps mix things up!
