I’ve found that having a metaphorical "bag packed" means being ready to engage in activities or mindsets that promote peace and beauty whenever life gets hectic. This doesn’t mean physical travel all the time but rather preparing mentally and emotionally to step back from stress. For me, this means carrying a journal in which I jot down beautiful scenes I notice, inspiring quotes, or thoughts that ground me. Sometimes it’s about disconnecting from digital noise and spending a few moments in nature or practicing mindfulness meditation. This mental preparation helps shift focus from daily pressures to a calm center within.
