Doubting yourself is no longer logical, it’s emotional
It doesn’t make sense to keep doubting yourself. You have so much evidence showing you that you are capable of solving tough problems. You’ve done so much m, you’ve grown so much, and come so far. Doubting yourself is no longer logical, it’s emotional. And probably a habit. You are ready for whatever comes your way.
I believe in you!

Doubting ourselves often feels like a natural reaction, especially when we face new or challenging situations. However, from my own experience, I've realized that this habit usually stems more from emotion than reason. The key to overcoming it is to consciously recognize all the evidence of our past successes and growth. For example, reflecting on past problems we've solved—no matter how difficult—can reinforce our capability and resilience. This mindset shift is powerful because it replaces fear and insecurity with confidence built on real achievements. Instead of letting doubt control your decisions, try journaling your past wins and growth moments to remind yourself you’re ready for what lies ahead. Another helpful practice is to reframe your inner dialogue. When you catch yourself doubting, pause and ask, "What evidence do I have that supports my ability?" This helps to logically counter the emotional impulses that tell you you're not enough. Incorporating affirmations centered on self-trust and embracing growth can further solidify this new cycle. Remember, self-doubt is often just a habit formed over time, but like any habit, it can be changed with patience and persistence. Ultimately, believing in yourself isn’t about ignoring challenges but about understanding that you have the tools and resilience to overcome them. When you feel doubt creeping in, remind yourself, "After everything I’ve already done, doubting myself is the part that doesn’t make sense." This perspective can empower you to move forward fearlessly and resiliently.
