The perfect drink To relax after a long day
I like to relax after a long day at work to help me feel refreshed the next day.
Part of my evening routine is making this drink that helps me relax and feel rested in the morning.
Ingredients:
1. Mineral water or sparkling water💧
2. Magnesium glycinate
3. Lemon balm 🍋✨
4. A hint of maple syrup 🍁

I’ve noticed that it calms my nervous system and I have also I fall asleep faster.
