Gatorade's Lower Sugar line (G2)
75% Less Sugar: These usually have about 7g of sugar per 12 oz, compared to the 21g in a standard Gatorade.
Hydration: You're still getting the full electrolyte profile (sodium and potassium), which is the main goal.
Flavor Profile
Fruit Punch (Red): This is usually the crowd-pleaser. Because it uses real juice for color, it tends to taste a bit more like a red chemical flavor.
Lemonade (Yellow): These can be hit or miss. Lower sugar lemonades sometimes lean a bit tart.
