Curly hair appreciation post

I have 3a curls hair. This was a video I took in the winter. I finally figured out how to get my hair to be curly in the winter. I had to stop using Moose in the winter. I use my red curly brush. Then I keep to my Garnier Fructis Curl Sculpting Conditioning Cream and Garnier Fructis Curl Gel. What do you think of my hair?

Cold, dry air often leads to frizz and dryness, making curls hard to keep bouncy and moisturized. One key realization that transformed my winter hair care routine was giving up mousse, which tends to dry out my curls in colder weather. Instead, I switched to a more nourishing styling approach. I began using a red curly hair brush that gently detangles without disrupting my curl pattern. This tool helped me shape my curls better and maintain softness. My go-to products became Garnier Fructis Curl Sculpting Conditioning Cream and Garnier Fructis Curl Gel, which work together to lock in moisture and hold my curls in place without stiffness. Applying the cream first ensures hydration and curl definition, while the gel provides the needed hold for lasting curl shape. Another tip I recommend is adjusting your wash routine during winter—using sulfate-free shampoos less frequently and enriching your hair with deep conditioning treatments. Protecting curls from harsh elements by sleeping on a satin pillowcase or wearing a satin bonnet also reduces frizz and breakage. Figuring out what works for your unique curls is a journey, and the "POV you finally figure out your curly hair!" moment feels incredibly rewarding. Embracing your natural curl type and caring for it with the right tools and products can make all the difference. I encourage others with 3a curls to experiment with their winter hair care, ditch drying products like mousse when needed, and opt for hydrating creams and gels to keep those curls looking their best throughout the chilly season.
