Sometimes in life, everything feels like it's moving too slowly or not according to our plans. I know those moments well—times when patience feels impossible and discouragement starts to creep in. Reflecting on Ecclesiastes 3:1, "To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven," I learned that delays or feeling stuck aren’t failures but carefully designed seasons of preparation. Like a gardener pruning a plant so it may grow stronger and bear more fruit, life’s challenges and pauses shape us deeply. When I’ve had to trust this process, it transformed my outlook from frustration to faith. Instead of rushing ahead or doubting, I found peace in prayer and reflection, reminding myself that God is never late. This trust allowed me to appreciate the growth happening beneath the surface—strengthening my soul and deepening my gratitude. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s timing, I encourage you to pause and embrace these moments as divine preparation. Trust the pruning, the process, and the perfect divine timing. This mindset has not only brought me closer to God but also renewed my hope and joy even in uncertain times.
