How I lost 30 pounds

This is nothing fancy shake and bake Mac and cheese green beans but learning thing to change out! This is my boyfriend’s comfort food! This has been a big change. Finding out I am pre diabetic, major neck problems, pcos, plus going this month to find out if I have to have a hysterectomy. Was told I have to lose weight but bc I am insulin resistant pcos I will never be able to. Little changes got me down 30 pounds. Still have 80 to go before I am where I need to be.
