Burrito Enchilada Bake

Ingredients:

• 8 pack of beef and bean or bean and cheese burritos (Frozen)

• 2 packs of Old El Paso Microwave Mexican Style Rice

• 28 oz of Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce

• Cheese (Optional)

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350

• Place burritos in bottom of 9 by 13 pan

• Follow Microwave Rice Directions on back

• Place rice over burritos and spread evenly over it

• Pour enchilada sauce over the whole thing

• Cover pan with foil and place in oven

• Bake for 30 minutes

• Once done if you want cheese put on top and place back into oven til it melts
