検索している人が多い「白い花」系の香りって、実は“フローラル＝甘ったるい”とは限らないんだな…と感じたのがこのSTARRY ENCHANTMENTでした。私の場合、トップで桃・ライチの果汁感がパッと出るのに、すぐに白い花のクリーンさが来て、いわゆる「可愛いだけの香り」にならないのがツボ。通勤の満員電車みたいに距離が近い場面でも、香りが尖りにくくて使いやすいと思いました。 よく聞かれるので、私の“失敗しない付け方”も書いておきます。デート用ならキャミソールやインナーの「お腹〜胸の下あたり」に1プッシュ。肌直よりも布に乗せると拡散がゆっくりで、近づいた時にだけふわっと香りやすいです。逆に、オフィスや学校など控えめにしたい日は足首〜ひざ裏に1プッシュが安心。歩いた時にだけ上がってくるので、「香水強い人」になりにくいです。 香りの変化もメモしておくと、選ぶ時の参考になります。最初は桃・ライチの甘さが前に出る→少し時間が経つと白い花のシャワー後みたいな清潔感→最後に苔っぽさ（グリーン〜ウッディ寄り）が残って、肌の温度と混ざると“自分の匂いがいい感じになった”みたいに落ち着きます。甘いのに軽く感じるのは、このラストの引き締めがあるからかも。 あと、「口コミでよく比較されがちな香水」について。NILEのピクシー ゼラニウムは（私の印象だと）もう少しハーバル・グリーン感が立ちやすくて、気分転換にシャキッとしたい日に良いタイプ。ボルテックス系の香りは、拡散が強め・存在感が出やすいものもあるので、つける量は控えめが無難でした。どれが正解というより、“近距離で褒められたい日”はSTARRY ENCHANTMENT、“爽やかに気分を切り替えたい日”はグリーン寄り、みたいに使い分けると失敗が減ります。 最後に、香水って相手の好みより「場面の空気」を読めるかが大事だと思っています。私はこの香りを「空気を変えるスイッチ」みたいに使っていて、会う直前に1プッシュだけ。白い花の清潔感があるから、甘さがあってもいやらしくならず、距離が縮まる感じがしてお気に入りです。
