*for a single serving i use 2 bell peppers*
1. wash and cut your bell peppers into chip sized pieces
2. cook your ground turkey (or chicken or beef) and season with taco seasoning. i use siete because of its clean ingredients!
3. sprinkle your COOKED meat, along with cheese, and any other toppings you’d like
4. bake in the oven at 350° until cheese is melted
5. serve on a plate and top with sour cream, salsa, sriracha, or whatever you prefer!!
