Covering nearly 7 miles with an elevation gain of 76 feet in about two and a half hours not only boosts my physical health but also refreshes my mind. Strava tracking helps me stay motivated by showing my progress clearly and giving a sense of achievement every time I complete a trail. What I love most is how these hikes connect me with nature’s beauty—chasing waterfalls and exploring new hiking trails keeps every outdoor adventure exciting. It’s a peaceful way to unplug from everyday stresses while getting a solid workout, aiding in my body transformation journey. Plus, the fresh air and morning light do wonders for mood and energy throughout the day.
