Delicious Mexican American Fusion Bistro
One of my latest foodie hobbies has been finding and trying out new restaurants that offer traditional and cultural Mexican cuisine in my hometown. I don’t mean the basics like wet burritos or quesabirria tacos, I mean traditional plates like Chiles en Nogada, or enchiladas suizas.
It has been a refreshing change of pace to see more restaurants that prepare authentic Mexican dishes because the delicacy of traditional Mexican cooking should be shared with the world!
One of the newest gems is this restaurant in Long Beach, California called Cafe Luna Bistro and I can’t recommend it enough!
