Year Two WR Breakout Candidate: Marvin Harrison Jr

Looking at last year's rookie WRs, I have a few that could break out in 2025!

My first candidate is Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr:

- Kyler Murray and OC Drew Petzing need to get MHJ more involved in the offense this season

- MHJ finished 4th in receiving yards among the rookie WRs last season and third in targets

- Expect more targets to come MHJ's way in 2025

- Current ADP places MHJ in the fourth round, per @FFCalculator (4.04 in PPR formats).

- MHJ saw just 14 targets in the RZ last season (27th ranked). That number needs to go up.

The Cardinals need to cash in on their investment this season after taking Marvin Harrison Jr. fourth overall. That time is this season. (via @FFPhinest)

His potential as a breakout candidate hinges on the right strategies from OC Drew Petzing and quarterback Kyler Murray. With an average draft position (ADP) currently placing him in the fourth round, smart fantasy players should keep an eye on his role increase. MHJ had only 14 red zone targets last season, which ranked him 27th among rookie WRs, suggesting plenty of room for growth. Optimizing his involvement in plays and increasing his targets could elevate his performance. As interest in the Cardinals rises, understanding how young talents like Harrison will adapt and thrive becomes crucial for both fans and fantasy enthusiasts alike. Expect significant upgrades in his performance metrics this season!
