We all have busy lives, I just wanted to share what mine looks like & how I balance it all. Hopefully help anyone out whose struggling trying to fit everything together, and no you don't need to be in the gym at 4 am lol 😳
Obv everyday is not the same but this is basically what my days look like.
Btw my school is online and self paced so that helps out a lot in fitting it into my schedule.

Balancing a hectic schedule is challenging, especially when juggling military responsibilities, college studies, and fitness commitments. To help you organize your day effectively, consider breaking your schedule into manageable segments. On weekdays, start your day early to maximize productivity; a 5:30 AM rise allows ample time for personal care and work preparation. Utilize chunks of your day for critical assignments, gym sessions, and personal time. For those enrolled in online courses, flexibility is key. You can allocate specific time blocks for academic work in the evenings and reserve weekends for more extensive studying, chores, and gym workouts. Prioritizing mental health is equally crucial; make time for leisure activities like reading or gaming to de-stress. Moreover, sharing responsibilities at home, such as cooking meals, can ease the load and allow for more quality time together with family or friends. Keeping a consistent routine during rest days can also enhance overall productivity. Remember, every person's schedule will look different, so adjust your time blocks according to what suits you best. Whether you're a student, military personnel, or simply a busy individual, finding a rhythm can lead to better time management and personal satisfaction.
