I've been experimenting a lot with different looks, and wanted to share some of my absolute favorite go-to styles that are surprisingly simple to achieve and really elevate your look without much effort. These are the updos and long hair styles I genuinely wear all the time! First up, my absolute holy grail: The Effortless Messy Bun. This isn't just for lazy days anymore; it's a statement! The trick to a perfectly imperfect messy bun? Don't overthink it. I usually gather my hair into a high ponytail, twist it loosely, and then coil it around the base, securing it with a strong hair tie and a few strategically placed bobby pins. I always pull out a few face-framing pieces and gently tug at the bun itself to create more volume and that coveted 'undone' look. A little dry shampoo at the roots can give volume and absorb oil, and a light-hold hairspray or texturizing spray keeps everything in place without feeling stiff. Don't be afraid to experiment with different hair ties, bobby pins, and claw clips to find what works best for your hair type and the look you're going for.
