We don't often let ourselves dream. We think "Who am I to have that?","That's not for people like me", or my favorite "Who am I to do that?" Today, we're going to flip those ideas on their head by changing our inner dialogue to "Anything is possible!" and "Why not me?".

Today, you'll give yourself permission to step out of the practical + hyper-realistic mindset. You'll continue to explore your creativity by free-writing what you want to DO in this lifetime, who you want to BE, and what you want to HAVE. It’s part of a 'NEW YEAR Journal Prompt' series, like a '12 Days of You' journey, and this particular prompt, 'I Want It All,' is all about giving yourself permission to dream impossibly big. Let's break down the DO-BE-HAVE framework a bit more, based on my experience: WHAT DO I WANT TO DO? This isn't just about big career moves, though it can be! I found that allowing myself to free-write for 10 minutes, just letting the ideas flow, helped me uncover desires I didn't even realize I had. WHO DO I WANT TO BE? This part felt really powerful. It's not about being someone else, but about stepping into the best version of *you*. Think about your desired qualities, your identity, your mindset. Do you want to be more patient, courageous, confident, compassionate, organized, or creative? For me, it included 'be a more consistent learner,' 'be someone who inspires others,' and 'be more present in my relationships.' These 'BE' aspirations truly guide my daily actions. WHAT DO I WANT TO HAVE? This is often where people start, but it's important to remember it's not just about material things. Yes, you can include tangible items like 'a cozy home,' 'a specific car,' or 'financial stability.' But also think about intangible 'haves' like 'meaningful friendships,' 'inner peace,' 'a strong support system,' or 'abundant energy.' When I created my columns and just brainstormed freely, it became clear that what I truly wanted to have often stemmed from who I wanted to be and what I wanted to *do*. The magic really happens when you see it all written down. It makes your dreams feel tangible and real, not just fleeting thoughts. It's like you're giving them energy and permission to exist. This isn't just a journal prompt; it's a powerful manifestation tool. So next time you grab your journal, especially if you have 'The Glow Up Journal' yourself, really lean into this 'Day 4' activity.
