Damai @ Grand Hyatt — Quick Review
Facilities: Hot tub, sauna, steam room, rain shower, towels, water dispenser, Dyson, toiletries, combs, body lotion — literally everything you need. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Yoga Class:
Class size ~10. Instructor remembered everyone’s name (!!) and was super attentive with form corrections. Crowd was mostly 40+ taitais… but omg they were SO strong and definitely humbled me 😂
Price: 22 ClassPass credits (~$45)
Worth it? BIG yes. 10/10 would go again. For the price, you basically get a yoga class + a full recovery session (hot tub → sauna → steam room).
This place is no.1 on my yoga studio list. I’m obsessed.
In addition to the great facilities and yoga class experience I described, it's worth noting that Damai at Grand Hyatt offers a seamless blend of wellness and relaxation in a luxurious setting. Parking at Grand Hyatt is convenient, making access easy even on busy days. Many visitors appreciate the clean and well-equipped changing rooms stocked with toiletries, which adds an extra layer of comfort after your session. The hot tub and sauna truly help soothe sore muscles after yoga, and spending time in the steam room enhances circulation and relaxation. If you’re considering visiting Damai, I’d suggest booking via ClassPass for value — 22 credits for a session is quite reasonable considering the experience you receive. The space also caters well to different fitness levels; while the class I attended had mostly experienced participants, the instructor provided personal form corrections working with everyone’s ability. Overall, Damai at Grand Hyatt is more than just a yoga studio — it’s a full wellness retreat perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. For regular practice, or as a one-time indulgence, this spot stays at the top of my go-to list for yoga and spa in Singapore.
