Leverage
I made a decision one day after having lived a life of extraordinary abundance and extreme loss.
Keeping the abundance was exhausting how do these guys just keep going.
So I said screw it im going to minimize my cost of long so I can figure it all out.
Happiness wasn’t about how much money but how much freedom and time alone to process rather than react that was true happiness. Time with my kids without stress of time.
I also studied that the most wealthy people never work and their families never work by design.
They do one thing differently though. While we buy goods they spend their money on the machine that builds and supplies the goods. Land, oil, mineral rights This is where they shop and ya know why.
The biggest tax breaks occur here for owners of these products and all these products pay you monthly. You didn’t actually spend money you moved it. And tax break after tax break and year after year until they are financially free.
While we fund media popularized sports programs they are teaching their kids to buy all this stuff and “ literally saw a woman bragging about spending four thousand a month on cheer” “how many acres could she have bought her daughter in the last ten years?”,by the time they reach adulthood they just become politician with a poor grip on your reality.
For arguments sake: farmers buy massive amounts of land and teach their kids to never give up the farm and for generations they are safe and free and the farm work is just part of life but they can’t be fired the animals truly need them this is life.
Farmers are also attacked by governments and bullied for that land all the time and why, leverage.
In my own journey toward financial freedom, I found that the concept of leverage is truly transformative. Rather than chasing after the latest consumer products or high monthly expenses, I shifted my mindset to acquiring assets that generate consistent income. This means investing in land, mineral rights, or other valuable resources that pay back monthly and offer tax advantages. One thing I learned is that this isn’t about working harder but working smarter. The wealthiest people don’t simply buy goods; they own the systems that produce those goods. This gives them a steady cash flow while minimizing tax burdens, which compounds over time to build real financial freedom. What really stood out to me is how freedom and time became more valuable than accumulating money for its own sake. By reducing my living costs and focusing on quality time with my family, I experienced less stress and more satisfaction despite less spending. It was a shift away from reacting to financial pressures toward having control and independence. I also realized that teaching financial literacy and the power of leveraged assets to younger generations is crucial. For example, farmers who own land teach their children to preserve and build on this legacy, which provides stability and resilience over generations. On the other hand, many are caught in a cycle of consumption fueled by media and social expectations, spending vast sums on fleeting pleasures rather than sustainable investments. This contrast highlights the importance of being intentional with money and choosing assets that work for you. Throughout this path, adversity is a given, as government policies and other forces may challenge ownership of such assets. Nevertheless, understanding leverage and prioritizing ownership of income-producing resources remains one of the most reliable strategies for achieving lasting wealth and independence.
