If you needed certainty, it wouldn’t be faith.

From my personal experience, placing trust in God does not mean having every answer or knowing the exact way things will unfold. Instead, it’s about feeling secure in His presence through every unknown. Often, when we face decisions or life situations without clear answers, fear arises—not just the fear of failure but the fear of losing control or stepping beyond what’s familiar. This fear is natural, but shifting focus from the need for certainty to trusting God’s plan can transform that fear into peace. Scripture highlights this pattern repeatedly: God seldom guarantees clarity or a specific outcome. Instead, He assures His continuous presence and support. This means that even when the 'how' and 'when' remain unseen, we can hold onto Him and find strength. It’s not about everything working according to our own plan but about trusting that what unfolds aligns with God’s greater intention. I’ve learned that uncertainty is part of the faith journey—not an obstacle. It’s inside uncertainty that God often meets us most profoundly. When the path feels unstable, or the answers are different than expected, faith urges us to lean into the relationship with God rather than cling to our own understanding. This perspective encourages us to move forward, even standing at the edge, questioning "But what if it doesn’t work out?" The answer lies in trusting not the outcome but the One who walks with us. Faith doesn’t erase doubts but invites us to trust beyond them and embrace the adventure of following God, no matter how unclear the road ahead might seem.
