Bible Study— The Date Is Set
Lately I’ve been thinking about how much I talk about obedience, and how easy it is to quietly delay the things God keeps nudging me toward.
This Bible study has been one of those things.
I knew I wanted to do it. I felt the pull toward it. But I kept stalling because I wanted it to feel more “ready.” More organized. More thought through. I kept telling myself I’d start once it felt perfect, which honestly just meant once it felt safe.
I listened to a pastor recently who talked about how much God rewards small obedience. The kind where you move even when it still feels unfinished. Like He’s not waiting for you to have it all figured out, He’s waiting for you to take a step.
It reminded me that I need to practice what I’m always encouraging others to do. I try to live that way, not perfectly obviously. And this felt like one of those moments where obedience looks less like confidence and more like trust.
So I’m starting.
I’ll be hosting a 30 minute Bible study Saturday, February 14th at 8pm. EST. Nothing fancy. Just space to read, talk, and learn together.
If you’ve been waiting for things to feel more put together before starting something God’s been placing on your heart, this is me reminding myself and maybe you too that sometimes the move comes first.
After this first one, Bible study will be Monday through Thursday at 8pm. I’ll include a link in my bio that takes you straight to it.. once I figure out how to do it 🤭
