To all the mommies

#letschat #lemon8contest

I learned to not take my frustration on them; specially my kids because they are small. For example; I could be doing my homework and I’m just stressing about it and my daughter comes and she jumps on the iPad or my son just starts crying. At first it comes out very bad, but they I just take a deep breath and just change my attitude for them because at the end of the day, they need attention. And most importantly I think that they didn’t ask to be here so they shouldn’t be feeling like a burden or something. And that’s honestly life to of having kids but I just don’t like seeing my kids sad omg 😭

When children are young, their emotional needs can sometimes clash with parents' stresses. It's essential to recognize that kids don’t see themselves as burdens; they are simply seeking comfort and attention. Mommies often experience a whirlwind of emotions, especially when balancing personal stress with parenting responsibilities. Adopting a mindset of mindfulness can greatly enhance the parenting experience. By taking deep breaths and shifting perspective during overwhelming moments, mothers can create a more nurturing environment for their children. Moreover, staying connected with fellow moms through forums or social media can provide much-needed support. Sharing experiences, whether through #letschat or various contests, helps build a community where mothers can learn from each other. Acknowledging the shared struggles can make all the difference. In conclusion, motherhood is a unique journey filled with lessons about love, resilience, and emotional growth—both for parents and their children. Each day brings its own set of challenges and rewards, emphasizing the need for empathy and understanding in households.

I wish I had more and cherish every moment with them. They grow up fast. I have two boys and my oldest passed away at age 20.

It’s okay to walk away (take a breath) when you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed… accept all the love and kisses 🥺
