How I make my Matcha!

I’ve been drinking matcha for about 3 years and it is my favorite coffee alternative!! At first I only drank matcha because I loved the taste, but as I looked

more into it, it has sooo many health benefits. It’s considered a “clean caffeine” meaning that it doesn’t make you crash after you get a burst of energy like coffee does. It also has a lot of antioxidants and is known to reduce stress!

For this particular matcha latte that I made, I used soy milk(I normally use oat), lavender, and the Marukyu Koyamaen matcha powder(my new fave). Since I drink matcha so often, I invested in a matcha whisk and it was the best decision I have ever made!
