Unwanted comments during pregnancy

I’m sure every pregnant woman has this issue but since I’ve started showing I’ve gotten lots of unsolicited comments about my body and how it looks.

And I’m here to say, what the hell 🙄 I don’t know what inclines people to feel the need to say things but they definitely do.

Whether is be about my size or how I look/ comments about my unborn child. I find that since I’ve been pregnant I have struggled a little bit with how my body has changed. Pregnancy is beautiful and truly a blessing but I’m seeing my body in ways I’ve never seen it before so to hear people say things about it kinda just throws me for a loop and I genuinely just don’t care for it.

What’s your opinion on this?

I’ve heard a lot of stuff like that from coworkers but working in my environment (I was lower enlisted in the Marine Corps working with a bunch of retired and higher ups) I had to smile and tell them differently. People always commented on what I ate and how much weight I put on during my second trimester.
