At first I saw the title of "Tomorrow May Die," maybe it was sad, right? But it wasn't actually written to make us depressed or afraid of death, but it was "Alarm Clock" that woke us up from an ongoing lifestyle.
There are a lot of questions in the book, but I've selected the seven most touching questions to summarize for my friends in the slides above. 👆
☕️ I personally clicked on the question of "teacup" as much as possible. When I thought about it, it made me want to go back to my morning coffee without rushing to plow my phone and become more happy with the small things around me today. Read it and say that it makes us go back to take care of the people around us and dare to spend time resting without guilt.

ในช่วงเวลาที่ชีวิตเร่งรีบและเต็มไปด้วยความเครียด การตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองเหมือนที่หนังสือ "พรุ่งนี้อาจตายก็ได้นะ" ทำไว้ ถือเป็นการให้โอกาสตัวเองได้หายใจและมองย้อนกลับไปที่ความหมายของชีวิตจริงๆ ผมเองก็เคยเผชิญกับช่วงที่รู้สึกเหมือนหมดไฟ และการหยุดพักเพื่อถามตัวเองว่า "เวลาที่รู้สึกสบายใจที่สุดคือเมื่อไร" ช่วยให้ผมค้นพบว่าการปลดปล่อยความคาดหวังจากคนรอบข้างและกลับมาดูแลใจตัวเองนั้นสำคัญมาก อีกหนึ่งคำถามที่สะท้อนใจคือ "หากน้ําชาถ้วยนี้คือถ้วยสุดท้าย จะมีอะไรเปลี่ยนไปไหม" ทำให้ผมเริ่มเห็นคุณค่าของสิ่งเล็กๆ รอบตัว และเริ่มละเมียดละไมกับเวลาที่ใช้ เช่น การดื่มกาแฟในเช้าที่ไม่ต้องรีบไถมือถือ เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เติมพลังให้กับวันใหม่อย่างแท้จริง ทั้งนี้หนังสือยังเน้นให้เรากล้าเผชิญหน้ากับความจริง ถ้าเรารู้สึกว่าสิ่งที่ทำอยู่ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ต้องการอีกต่อไป ก็ถึงเวลาที่ต้องมีความกล้าหาญในการจัดระเบียบชีวิตและวางเป้าหมายใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ผมได้ลงมือทำหลังอ่านหนังสือเล่มนี้ สุดท้าย สิ่งที่ได้รับจากการตอบคำถามเหล่านี้ก็คือ ความกล้าที่จะเป็นตัวเองในแบบที่ซื่อสัตย์และเมตตาตัวเองมากขึ้น แม้จะเป็นวันสุดท้าย แต่ก็ไม่ต้องเสียใจเพราะได้ใช้ชีวิตที่มีคุณค่า และใส่ใจพร้อมกับดูแลคนรอบข้างอย่างแท้จริง ลองหาเวลาสักหนึ่งชั่วโมง นั่งเงียบๆ เปิดใจตอบคำถามที่หนังสือแนะนำ ผมเชื่อว่ามันจะช่วยให้หลายคนได้ค้นพบมุมมองใหม่ๆ ที่เปลี่ยนชีวิตไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นได้จริงๆครับ
