Celadon Thai Restaurant
Celadon, The Sukhothai Bangkok
The restaurant of choice in the Michelin Guide. Each menu is crafted by Chef Jib.
Let's start with the aperitif. The first menu we really want to recommend is the antique pandan folding rice that is wrapped in soft dough. Inside are three mushroom fillings, topped with the chef's antique sauce.
Continue with shrimp patch crispy nail leaf garuda nut dipping sauce cut fried garuda nail leaf crispy with shrimp paste on top. Dine with a slightly sweet cut pea dipping sauce is a good match.
The main signature menu of the restaurant that we bring to order is the big white pomelo, the roasted river pomelo, which brings pomelo and spices to yum with grilled shrimp. It feels both mellow and refreshing, and then grilled pork neck, fried rice, fried moths and spicy curry, Kongfi duck, lychee and dried jujube. It ends with a sweet orange dessert that is sprinkled with herbs like soft and fragrant ginger alley. It is best suited to close the meal.
There are Thai dance shows at the restaurant. In total, two rounds are 19.30 and 20.30. Who wants to take foreign friends to open the Thai food experience? We recommend here.
