This tiny mansion combines style, function, and creativity in just 880 sq ft (plus a 50 sq ft foyer and multiple lofts!). With 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it shows that tiny living doesn’t mean sacrificing space or comfort.
Designed as two connected units joined by a light-filled indoor-outdoor sunroom (which also serves as the main entrance), the layout was tailored for a client with two small children who loved the Urban Park Max but needed more space.
In the main unit:
An open-concept living room with a stunning tri-fold door and floor-to-ceiling windows welcomes natural light in. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, a 4-burner cooktop, fridge, butcher block counters, and a multi-use island that doubles as a dining table or prep space.
The primary bedroom fits a king-sized bed, has a private entrance, and a spacious closet. Above, a loft accessed by Tansu-style stairs offers the perfect nook for an office, bedroom, or extra storage.
The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, flush toilet, and custom vanity.
The second unit was designed just for the kids:
Two large bedrooms with built-in closets, personal desk space, a fun loft area, and a full bathroom with a large tub, flush toilet, and custom cabinetry. There’s even a washer/dryer in their wing!
