A Villa Max is a Tru Form classic -
The Villa Max is a 10ft wide park model luxury tiny home in our farmhouse modern style (480 sq ft.) This model has a very large loft, a bedroom downstairs, a 4.5 ft x 8 ft bathroom, a large kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, 3 burner furrion built-in range, 24 inch apron front sink, optional dishwasher, positionable island/dining table, and hood vent. There’s a lot to love about this 2-bedroom tiny home, and we still haven’t even scratched the surface of all the features included.
As tiny home builders, we know how important it is to have storage solutions. We have added upper cabinets to the kitchen wall outside the bathroom, and you still get open shelves to the right of the sink. Outside of the bathroom is storage stairs with drawers and cabinets - this is where we would put the W/D combo.

Living in a tiny home like the Villa Max has truly transformed my lifestyle. When I first considered downsizing, I was worried about space and storage, but this model proves you can have it all—even in a compact footprint of just 480 sq ft. The large loft area offers versatile space that I use as a cozy office and guest sleeping area, which helps keep the bedroom downstairs uncluttered. The kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator, built-in 3 burner Furrion range, and a 24-inch apron front sink which adds a farmhouse charm while being very practical. Having an optional dishwasher was a pleasant surprise, making daily chores easier while maintaining the tiny home’s sleek look. Storage solutions are cleverly integrated throughout the Villa Max. I really appreciate the storage stairs outside the bathroom, which house a W/D combo—saving precious space elsewhere. Plus, the upper cabinets and open shelves in the kitchen perfectly balance accessible and hidden storage. One of my favorite aspects is the custom finishes and lighting with dimmers, which create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The residential mini-split heating and cooling system keeps the home comfortable year-round without taking up much room. Living in a tiny home challenges you to be more intentional with your belongings and space use. Villa Max helped me embrace a minimalist lifestyle without sacrificing comfort or style. If you’re considering making the switch to tiny living, models like this show that luxury and practicality can perfectly coexist.
