After eating this shop from other people's reviews, when we are on weekends, we have to wait about a queue. There are quite a lot of tables in the shop, beautifully decorated.

When ordering the Pong, the Pong will ask whether to make it ready to serve from the inside, or to stir it for our stove, most of which will choose the latter almost.

There are a lot of people at the shop. I recommend choosing to stir at our table more. Watch the stir-fry show. Prepare to lift the camera to shoot.

ถ้าใครได้มีโอกาสไปลองชิมที่ Tsukishima Monja ที่ Central World ชั้น 7 โซน Beacon จะพบว่าการได้ให้พนักงานผัดมอนจายากิที่โต๊ะนั้นถือเป็นไฮไลท์หนึ่งที่เพิ่มความสนุกในการรับประทานมากขึ้น เพราะนอกจากจะได้ดูเทคนิคการผัดแบบญี่ปุ่นแล้ว ยังสามารถถ่ายวีดีโอหรือถ่ายรูปตอนผัดโชว์เก็บเป็นความทรงจำได้อีกด้วย เมนูแนะนำอย่าง Buta Negishio Monja ที่มีรสชาติเค็มนัวแบบเข้มข้นตามสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น หมูชิ้นใหญ่ให้รสชาติกลมกล่อม ส่วนโอโคโนมิยากิหมูและ Omu-Soba ที่เสิร์ฟมาพร้อมไข่เยิ้มก็เป็นอีกจานที่ควรลอง เพราะให้รสสัมผัสนุ่มละมุนกินคู่กับซอสสูตรเฉพาะของทางร้าน เรื่องราคาถือว่าคุ้มกับรสชาติและบรรยากาศ เพราะราคาเริ่มต้นประมาณ 249 บาท โดยรวมทั้งมื้อสามคนกับเครื่องดื่มอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1,238 บาท ข้อแนะนำเพิ่มเติมคือ การกินมอนจายากิควรรอให้แป้งกรอบเล็กน้อยก่อนจะได้รสสัมผัสกรุบกรอบที่อร่อยมากกว่าการกินตอนแฉะๆ และถ้าใครไม่ชอบรสเข้มอาจรู้สึกเค็มเกินไปบ้าง แต่โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์กินอาหารญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆ ที่น่าลอง นอกจากนี้ที่ร้านยังมีการฉีดสเปรย์ดับกลิ่นที่ตัวสำหรับลูกค้าหลังทานเสร็จ เพื่อให้สามารถเดินเล่นในห้างต่อได้โดยไม่มีกลิ่นติดตัว สะท้อนการบริการที่ใส่ใจลูกค้าอย่างครบถ้วน ใครที่ชื่นชอบอาหารสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นและอยากลองความอร่อยต้นตำรับจากโตเกียว ร้านนี้ไม่ควรพลาดเลยค่ะ
