When I say this is silent, I mean it. There is literally no tip tack thock coming from my keyboard when using this switch. It is perfect to use in your office, a library, a cafe or anywhere else that you'll need to be more mindful of your surrounding environment.

Each is just a minimal upgrade of the last and I think the V2 is already an amazing one to get if you don't really mind much about the keyboard lighting.
