i’ve tried sooo many tiramisu cakes, but never a pistachio one, and this was such a good surprise 😋🌰 even better, they are located in yishun which is super near me 🤩
they offer three flavours: classic, earl grey and pistachio. the classic tiramisu is a familiar favourite with soft ladyfingers soaked in rich espresso and layered with smooth mascarpone cream. the balance of cream, chocolate and coffee was really nicely done 🍫☕️
for something more unique, the pistachio and earl grey flavours really shine. the pistachio tiramisu has a gentle nuttiness from the pistachio paste that gives a slightly savoury and well rounded profile. the pistachio crumbs on top added a lovely crunchy contrast which i enjoyed a lot
the earl grey tiramisu has three layers of tea flavour. the ladyfingers are soaked in bergamot infused earl grey tea, the middle layer has a homemade earl grey paste that deepens the flavour, and the top is finished with earl grey powder for an aromatic touch ☺️ tea lovers will definitely appreciate this
